• redraw player (and therefore the whole grid) when updating the controls
• make settings scrollbars scroll automatically up to the selected setting
• determine whether the terrain blocks' shadows need to be drawn
• make explosion ripples spread outward from the epicenter

• factorize code used to determine whether a shape needs to be (re)drawn or just updated

bugfix:

• wrong icon for DEFAULT button in Powerups menu
• certain soundtracks not looping correctly due to trailing silence
• typo in english localization file (azert becomes azerty)
• whether blocks shadows are visible or not should depend on tremors and levitation
• not possible to change player profile's names anymore
